-Studio fee $25 which covers use of art/craft materials

Rules

1.  NO SMOKING Please!   Please do not smoke in the cottage or on porch.  Also, please do not use candles. Thank You!
2. Check-in time: 5pm weekdays,  2pm weekends or by prior arrangement
3. Please clean up pet waste and place in receptacle provided
4. Please advise of any food allergies at time of registration
5. If leaving when we are not available, lock the door and drop the key in the lock box on the porch.
6. A deposit of $65 is required.  If reservation is cancelled, the deposit will be returned minus a $20 fee.

Please be advised the management is not responsible for any injuries or loss of personal property during your stay. There is No phone or TV currently in the cottage. 

Feel free to wander the private garden and forgive any work in progress.
